Who we are
Suoodq is a Gulf e-commerce agency. This policy explains how we handle the data we collect through this website. If you have a question about it, email us at hello@suoodq.com.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we collect what you type into it:
- Your name and your mobile or WhatsApp number, which are the two required fields.
- Your email, company name, the platform your store runs on, your store URL, approximate revenue, budget, the services you’re interested in and your message. These fields are optional.
Why we use it
We use this data to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal for you.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the site and runs Turnstile spam protection, so it processes the technical data needed to serve pages and check submissions.
- Resend delivers the form email to us.
Cookies and measurement
Analytics and ad-measurement tools, such as Google Analytics, Meta, Snapchat and TikTok, may be loaded through Google Tag Manager to measure visits and campaign performance. These tools may set cookies on your device.
Turnstile may set a strictly necessary cookie to stop spam.
When you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to that conversation.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any work that results from it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, under Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). To make a request, email us at hello@suoodq.com.
